Strătulă Mocanu & Asociații is delighted to welcome IP, Competition and Arbitration specialist Stefania Oana Strătulă as a Partner, effective June 1st, 2012.
Oana is a highly experienced IP and Competition litigator and advisor, acting for many years for a large number of well-known brands. Her expertise also includes a significant and various range of banking and finance, PPP and concession matters. As a litigator and arbitration specialist, she has represented clients from a broad range of industries and sectors including banking sector, FMCG, publishing, energy, telecommunications and technology. Previously to joining Strătulă Mocanu & Asociații as a Partner, Oana acted as associate in several law firms (since 2004) and continued her carrier as a senior associate with Musat & Asociații (2007-2010) and as a founding partner of Dragne & Asociații (2010-May 31st, 2012).
