Strătulă Mocanu & Asociații has sponsored the publication of the first reasearch focused on the daily tasks of general counsels from Central and Eastern Europe. The CEE 2014 Corporate Counsel Handbook was published (both electronically and paperback) by CEE Legal Matters, one of the most important online presences from the European legal press.
The survey was conducted during the summer and collected answers from more than 700 general counsels / heads of legal from the region of Central and Eastern Europe. Among the specificities comprised by the study we find: how the respondents collaborate with the internal and external legal teams, how they manage their time, which activities are the most time-consuming and which are the top priorities, the importance of communication between various departments, the managerial style, the level of satisfaction general counsels have with their job and so on.
